Why do people who can't speak English even bother joining English speaking communities online and irl?

If your English is all broken and messed up, then why even bother? No one is gonna be able to talk to you. 🙄

Quite true: I have great difficulty to converse with people who confuse trousers with pants, or who believe that ''liberal'' means to abandon traditional values.

But then - my own English skills are adopted, too; by practice.

I am willing to forward this opportunity to others as well.

For many them, they read and try to follow the long engagements. Some do write and talk. They generally understand if you stop replying due to communication issues.

I can speak with people whose English is broken. I'm honestly flattered that they go on these communities trying to communicate with the others. By interacting with us they learn how to improve. I think it's brave.

Everyone starts from somewhere. If someone can't speak a language properly doesn't mean they should not talk in that language with others. How stupid of you!
