Why are Scandinavians so happy?

They are not goofballs. And though most are happy happy 😊 but I think it has a lot to do with the systems. There people can't survive in the rough rugged corruption of the Asia and Africa. While on the other hand there own systems are easier once people learn the language or has a more minority immigrant stance.

I have only met a German. They can be very nice people once you know them enough
