Let's break it down by hazards to labor and items, then driving conditions.
Heat: dehydration and heat related illnesses are at the top of the list, with the effort of moving heavy objects increasing the risk. Aside from items that need to be kept cold, heat doesn't really affect regular household items. Heat also won't affect road conditions.
Blistering cold: the labor won't be outside long enough for frostbite, and repeated trips inside will give opportunity to warm back up. The only real risk is slips, trips, and falls on ice or snow if present. Severe cold also won't affect household items for the most part. Ice or snow on the road can be very hazardous and if a trailer is used, extra precautions must me taken.
Pouring rain: slips, trips and falls are more likely, as the rain can produce mud and wet floors become a hazard. The soaked clothes can also lead to sickness. As far as material, it's very detrimental as most everything will need covered somehow and that adds more time and effort to the move. Also slick roads must be taken into consideration, as well as reduced visibility while driving.
Whipping winds: unless the wind is blowing dust or debri into the eyes of the labor, this can actually be refreshing to wick away sweat. Large, light, or broad material can be affected and extra attention needs paid while securing the load as things can be blown off. The wind will also buffet a loaded vehicle or trailer.
I voted for rain, as I'm a big man with a truck and I feel like I've helped half the county move by this point; I've done it in all conditions but I hate the rain the most. By now, if I can't carry it myself, I don't own it.
We don't get seriously cold weather where I am, but I've definitely done all the rest and will say the time I personally had to move in the rain was nuts. I lived on a 15th floor dorm room at the time, the elevators were full of people moving up and down and thus taking forever, so not only did we have to go up and down 15 flights of stairs, but then all hell broke loose with torrential rain. We tried to cover most things with trash bags, but the larger items were just getting soaked as were we. Then the lightening came, but we couldn't stop because you had to leave by a certain time. Never again if I can help it!
Jesus. That sounds like hell indeed. I had to get a stowaway bed/couch thing down a exterior staircase with a switchback landing, while raining of course. I ended up telling my friend that I would just buy him a new one and he let me yeet it to the driveway. Lol I'm glad you helped at least, I have moved things for people who just gave directions, that always makes me unhappy to say the least.
Each situation comes with potential dangers and annoyances, but overall I'll say pouring rain. I have moved during scorching heat and as long as you take your time, take breaks and stay hydrated, it's all good. Blistering cold would be annoying to have to wear heavy clothes/jackets and even gloves, and snow and ice may be an accident waiting to happen. Whipping winds would be a pain in the ass and could cause falling or instability issues, but if it's pouring rain everything is a miserable mess, and you may not be able to protect items from getting soaked. Sounds like bad times.
I've moved in all kinds of weather, and moved a lot. The worst for me is always the heat.
It is easy to get heat stroke, heat sickness before your even done moving. July moves at a 102 just suck. Plus it takes days or week to get better from heat exhaustion.
I've moved in the dead of winter when its 5 degrees and ice everywhere so people keep falling who are helping me, that is bad but no one has to worry about over heating as much.
Rain, I love the rain... I'll gladly move in the rain, then again I live in the desert so we don't get a lot of rain but I have still moved before in spring showers, down pouring. It was nice, just had to cover everything with plastic and tarps to prevent it from getting wet and ruined.
Same with when a blizzard was happening, snow coming down sideways, have to cover everything to keep it dry.
I’ve had to move during a snow storm and that was one of the worse experiences of my life. I felt so bad for my friend helping that I lied and said I tired movers knowing damn well no one was available.
Snow is the worse. Then rain.

Definitely summer, you want me to help you lug stuff around in that heat, nah it ain’t happening you’re on your own.
When outside is an storm with snow and wind speed above 100km/h. It's so bad outside you would even let a stray dog into your house. You know it's the right time
Pouring rain. I had to move my brother on New Years day. It was in the 30s and raining like crazy. We all got soaked to the skin. It was brutal.
I moved twice on the hottest day of the year. Lots of cold beer was a help.
Heat is the worse for sure... simply because that's the one in which you would keep going and then could end up in some serious trouble
I can't take the blistering and carrying boxes. I once moved in December and it was the pitts.
Rain. Everything gets damaged and all boxes will rip
You can deal with hot, cold and winds, but rain gets on everything, makes it slippery, and gets the movers all wet.
Heat and rain are pretty equal. I can’t decide between those.
A snow storm. I have moved three times in a snow storm. There the worst!
Rain!!! Hands down no question!
Been there done that worn all of those t-shirts
If your familiar with Murrieta Ca. Moved to an apartment last August. &*(%$ that heat.
Obviously pouring rain you’re not gonna do much getting soaking wet and all the furniture
Ever try to move a couch covered in plastic so it doesn’t get wet
