I have a dishwasher, but, typically wash by hand. I find it relaxing looking out the window while I wash things.
My kitchen window is directly behind me, so this is the view.

  Thanks, I usually put on some vinyl, sing and wash away by hand. Good thing my neighbors are nowhere in sight.

  Its honestly the only chore i dont mind. I hate sweeping/dusting/mopping, folding clothes, vacuuming, cleaning the bathroom etc lmao. If I hired a maid, I’d say, do everything but the dishes. But it ain't gone be many dishes cause i’d rather use paper utensils 🤣

Handwash. It's quicker easier and more effective than prepping for machine, loading machine, unloading machine, setting out to dry, then stacking. Machines also miss a lot.

The good stuff gets hand washed, or big pans that take up a lot of room also get hand washed.
At the firehouse it is hand wash since we do not have a dishwasher.

During winter using dishwasher since is too cold in the kitchen in summer spring and big part of autumn I handwash them, I actually love to take a break from everything I do to handwash them is a relaxing activity
