Do you address the elephant in the room?

Let's be honest, people don't like it. It makes them uncomfortable. Saying what everyone's thinking can make you public enemy #1 real fast (which is why so many find Trump offputting), but I find it absolutely neccessary. It's like a cloud hanging over everyone's head, and it's not going away until someone speaks up.
Some people think it creates drama, but I think it lessens it in the long run
