It depends on where you live. It fine to have a cow as a pet if you live on a farm. In a city, or even its suburbs, local ordinances probably limit such a large animal as a pet.
I guess it would depend on where you live, and whether or not Bill Gates and Klaus Schwab still allow the private ownership of farm animals in your country.
