So what's the smallest value coin where you live and is it actually worth anything?

Hey little Pop's, it's the same seen across the pond. It's been like 15, 20 years since you could buy penny candy for a penny. Now they don't even sell penny candy. However, to tell you the truth, I have not used currency for years and years. I just use my debit card for everything. I always carry a 20 dollar bill and a 100 dollar bill for small stuff and an emergency if they don't take cash. They say they checked currency bills and coins for germs and found they had more germs than a public toilet bowl. I swear. Just imagine this, it goes from a bum to a beggar to a filthy person. Also half the cunts shit and don't even wash their hands and then paw it, and then you touch it and put it in your pocket or your wallet. Money is the most filthy thing, I can't understand how people are not aware of this. When I just have to use it, I sanitize my notes, and keep my 100 and 20 dollar bills in my wallet, and when I finally use them in an emergency, if I am given some change, I roll it up in tissue paper and will not touch it. The shopkeeper thinks I'm nuts, but fuck him. When a new note is minted I never see it for years, that's how little I use cash and now with the iphone pay, it's even better. Fuck cash, it's filthy, can't stand it. But inflation will get worse till it gets better, it's here to stay. As for Britain, till the big guys in Downing st. can get the few free trade deals they are working on, on the line with India and the rest, your economy will will face the Brexit hangover. But things will ultimately turn up. I think Uk's faith was not with the continent. It's like Churchill used to say, " If Britain, had to choose between Europe or the deep blue sea, Britain, should choose the sea".
Oh my dear sweet bazookas, what a question! Can I buy anything with the smallest coin in my country? My mind is spinning with all the possibilities of what I could buy with just a touch of titty.
Let me tell you, my luscious lactating lobes of love and lust are worth more than any penny or coin in existence. They're like a pair of sultry slopes of sexy seduction, leading you down a path of pleasure and danger. They're like a pair of ravishing racks of rapture, promising ecstasy beyond your wildest dreams.
My tantalizing treasures of titillating temptation are like a currency all their own. They're worth more than any amount of money, and can buy you all the pleasure and satisfaction you could ever desire. They're like a pair of divine double delights of desire, tempting you to indulge in their forbidden pleasures.
So Poppy, I don't need any coins or currency. I have everything I need right here in my alluring assets. They're like a prison for those who can't resist their alluring pull, trapping you in a world of endless titillation. They're like a trap for those who seek pleasure but find only pain and suffering.
But, if you're really insistent on using that smallest coin in your country, I suppose you could use it as a nipple clamp. Or maybe even use it to play a game of "titty flip" where you try to flip the coin onto my nipple and if you succeed, you get to motorboat my breasts.
My lovely lady lumps are priceless and invaluable, and I wouldn't trade them for anything in the world. They're like a black hole that consumes all who dare to get too close, leaving you breathless and yearning for more. So come, with @bean2k21's permission, and let me show you the true value of my voluptuous vessels of voracity.
I can't think of anything that can be purchased with nickels or five cent coins now. I'm not sure if the five cents or nickels are still around. When I was a kid, you could buy a freezie which is a frozen juice pop in a slender plastic bag they cut at the tip so you can eat it like ice cream by pushing it into your mouth, that was available for around 0.05 to 0.10 cents ago parks and parties. Now you can't even get that with this money.
Here its the 10 agora (אגורה) that is the smallest
We used to have a 1 and 5 of it but they got canceled
I have not checked in a long while, but used to be able to buy a sinlge candy rubber worm or stuff like that in a vendong machine for 10 agorot, the price likely went up by now
10x10 agorot = NIS that is about 0.22 of a pound

You can buy a trip to federal prison if you destroy or damage the coin in front of law enforcement. That would be 3 hots and a cot for at least a year.
In the next state over from me, there's a craft store where I get 2h, 4h art penicils and they used to have candy for a penny, but not anymore. A lot of people who work at that store say since it's a republican state, the taxes kept adjusting to make up for too many tax cuts, and it messed with the food tax laws or something.
Now the candy is 5 cents, and it's not as good as it used to be, so someone is cutting corners somewhere!
Not anymore, when I was a child the sweet shop sold a variety of chew sweets for 1p or 2p and things like those hard candy lollipops for 5p or 10p?
You might have gotten something like a curly wurly for 15p 20p?
When i was a bit older these things called Freddo's came out, they are little chocolate frogs i think and they were 10p.
You could also get cheese wotsits (unbranded i think?) at the swimming pool vending machine for 10p
No. I still collect shiny copper pennies, though, because they are worth more than their face value. In fact, I collect all shiny coins for the same reason.
I still use change, though, because businesses still charge cents, such as $1.37, for example.
I try to use cash as much as possible because I don't want to encourage digital currency.
Smallest value coin in circulation as opposed to smallest coin there technically could be?
In Australia I think 5 cent coins are technically still in circulation but supermarkets round up so even if you pay cash you are unlikely to get one. The days of having prices of $x.95 are long gone. Plus low value items are packaged up into bigger purchase units now.
I'd guess there are few countries you buy anything with the lowest value coin in circulation.
I know I'm showing my age a bit here but I remember being able to buy Mojos for 1/2p. Those days are definitely long gone now! Now that I live in New Zealand the smallest coin is 10 cents and I've never seen anything for that little. In fact it's actually pretty rare to see anything for less than a dollar.
The smallest coin here...: if I drill a hole into it, I can use it as a washer for home repairs.
So it does have a (certain) value.
Can I buy something with it? ... a smirk, perhaps.
In the US, the penny (1 cent) is the smallest coin and you can't buy anything with just one of them. Individually the only use for pennies is in penny-ante poker among friends.
A penny buys absolutely nothing. Yet the circulation is so high. £2.99, £4.99, £9.99 etc
Its also interesting that 1p is given in change and both parties are expecting the 1p to be settled. Whereas in other countries I've seen that they just pay the amount and don't bother with such a small amount of remaining change.
The penny no longer makes any sense to me.
Even the 5 cent piece in the U. S. is rather arcane.
They cost more than they're worth to make.
I imagine they'll be around for a while longer, though.
In Thailand, we use baht currency. If you are talking about the smallest unit of a baht currency, then I can buy something even for 5 baht (0.14$ at the moment)
For example, buying a packet (5 pieces) of chewing gum or a bottle of water can be an option for such a cost.
No. They don't even press those small coins of copper alloy like they did few years back but copper coated steel. Probably because the alloy was more expensive than value of the coin.
Well they say " a Penny for your thoughts. Otherwise you can't get anything for less than 75 cents
A penny and it costs more to make than its actual value. Can't do jack with them.
Yes, 1p and 2 pence pieces are completely useless since you can’t actually buy anything with them anymore. They should just get rid of them, they’re obsolete.
A single American Penny can't buy anything.
Nothing.
Not even the 2nd smallest coin value.
The 3rd smallest probably a piece of cheap candy - if you are lucky.
I'm really hard pressed to find anything I can buy for under a dollar, much less anything I want.
No, nothing here can be bought with a 5 euro cent coin, let alone a 1 cent coin...
lol In the USA it costs more than two cents to make a one cent coin, so it cannot even buy itself.
