What countries can I buy gold/silver/diamond jewelry for a lower price than in the US?

I’ve done my research but would like to see what others say. I’ve always wanted at least one real gold piece/diamond.

Gold and silver are pretty fixed as materials but labour can be cheaper in other countries for manufacture so Italy is cheaper than the UK but China is cheaper than India
Mexico is cheaper for silver and India and most of the Arab nations are for gold
