Not a fan. Women of course have the right to do as they wish with their bodies, and I won't judge, but aesthetically I don't like them. I'm not much of a fan of large breasts anyway - they look uncomfortable if you are doing something vigorous. I think implants usually look fake (though of course there might be good ones that I think are natural). There are potential medical issues.

I also view beauty as the entire picture - in a beautiful woman everything goes together well. Simply modifying parts doesn't make women more beautiful to me.

For me a smile is a hell of a lot sexier than big breasts.

I’m a masc lesbian with big boobs so I won’t be investing but if I met a woman who had them it wouldn’t make me want to date her more or less although I have always been curious to feel them.

I have breasts on the smaller side, but not to the point it's nonexistent, you can still see the shadow underneath the breasts and you can see it from the side (it sticks out enough) i would never have breast implants.

I don't think they look bad though tbh some women have them and look quite natural

I understand sometimes you feel like you're not enough probably I don't actually get that or understand it but for me my honest opinion is I would probably like your breasts exactly the way they are when I see a girl with fake breasts something inside of me just tells me that the whole girl is fake and I know that's not true I know for whatever reason she did it she did it but I like a natural woman all the way through and to be honest with you it's not about your boobs or the size of your boobs it's about who you are on the inside it's how beautiful your heart is are you happy are you smart are you confident can you smile do you like to be hug can you kissing slow motion are you a good lover can you speak with your eyes me that's what it's all about it has nothing to do with your boobs the outside of your body is all an extra bonus

I don't like them, mainly because they look fake. They're taut, and stick out like inflated balloons. I much prefer, soft, wobbly, bouncy and jiggly. And, particularly when she is leaning over and they are dangling, there are ugly, unnatural contours or ripples in fake boobs.

They don't feel natural, either.

The only thing they are good for is looking impressive when she's dressed.

I would much prefer small, perky, pointed boobies to fake ones.

My honest opinion on breast implants is that they can be a great way to enhance one's busty features, whether it be adding some perky melons, voluptuous honkers, full boobies, ample tits, luscious chesticles, sumptuous bazoombas, bouncy coconuts, enticing fiery biscuits, sensational cantaloupes, tantalizing ta ta's, alluring noogies, and tempting jugs. It all depends on what look the individual is going for, and I feel like everyone has the right to express themselves with fun bags.

Not a fan in general. But some women feel like they need bigger boobs. Confidence goes a long way. You should do it for you. You should have posted a pic of your rack, so we commenters could see what we’re answering to. If you got C’s and think you need to go bigger vs small A’s. The answer is a a lot different.
Don’t forget that your still growing. When you get pregnant your boobs grow again. Some women start with A’s but get D’s in pregnancy and then shrink to a nice B or C. If you post again with a actual pic of yourself, let me know so i can help.

No woman in their right mind should get breast implants. They're terrible and it makes the woman look terrible. Some people with implants have also reported health problems such as connective tissue diseases (such as lupus and rheumatoid arthritis), trouble breastfeeding, or reproductive problems. Besides breast implants on a women aren't boobs, they're lies. I prefer natural beautiful breasts on a woman regardless if she's flat or not. I agree with Stewie

They nearly always make things worse. On a few extreme situations - for example, extremely deflated breasts that look like an empty tube sock - they can be an improvement, but that's rare. What's FAR more common is taking fantastic smaller breasts and making them look horrible, like a demented clown show.

You will appeal to a FAR larger group of men with small natural breasts than with bigger fake ones. I'm not saying that NO men like them, but the ones who do tend to be shallow and all about size, and make up about 10% of men overall.

Personally, I dislike them, for many reasons. The only notable exception being if they were the result of something like a mastectomy.

I just prefer smaller breasts, in general, so I don't feel as if there's any need for a woman to get implants. I also dislike that they generally look "fake" too. Natural breasts are almost always more attractive.

I also don't like that many women (not all) get them due to insecurity, which is just unappealing, in general.

To be honest I don't like the idea of a normal healthy woman getting breast implants. Seems silly and useless in my eyes, medical urgency set aside of course. Now, if ever I have a relation with a lady having breast implants, and don't notice or feel it? Then your question becomes more interesting. I still don't like the idea, but it's up to the ladies to decide for themselves, although in my opinion women should just accept and live as they are. All that artificial stuff will never make you happy, not to mention possible health issues resulting from useless esthetic surgery. Particular medical conditions set aside that is !

Most of the fascination comes from the fact that as a guy you don´t have them. I personally don´t see the breast size as a valid reason to date or not date a woman. For me that´s not important.
So I say there are better investments.

Personally I like natural breasts and I like smaller cup sizes. I find A and B cups just as attractive as C and D cups.

They are a turn off for me... implants... and girls getting surgery there on themselves.

Also, I like small tits better in adult women (big fake tits < big natural tits < small tits) and Big natural tits in Young Girls (Big fake < small < Big natural).

Personally I feel they should be limited to reconstructive purposes, Like after radical mastectomies for instance.

But if someone wants them for purely cosmetic reasons then OK as long as they realise that they could suffer back pain etc after the surgery due to the extra weight. There is also the risk of capsular contraction to consider, which would be caused by the formation of scar tissue around the implants making them stiff and unyielding.

Women should do what they want for themselves. Never let some dude pressure any of you into it. And if you decide you want to, make sure you get a super reputable surgeon with a great record. There are lot of people who perform cosmetic surgeries who are hit and miss at best. I work quite often with medical malpractice attorneys and a strikingly large % of the cases are for botched cosmetic procedures.
