If you are trying to conceive and tracking ovulation and know you have had sex all around your ovulation days and other weeks too just to increase your chances and feeling ovulation happen with ovulation discharge and not conceiving what are the reasons to why there was no baby made? I’m just curious as I wonder if I may be infertile or if it’s just common to happen

If you were on hormonal BC recently, it's normal for it to take 6-9 months before you are back to normal once you stop taking them.

Also, it's important for your guy not to be overheating his balls, as can happen with tight underwear. Testicles need to be cooler than the rest of the body, which is why they hang on the outside of the body. The sack extends to cool them when it's too hot and shrinks to pull them close to the body when it's cold, but sperm can only live between a certain range of temperature. He may need some boxers for a while.

If you are naturally thin, you may need to eat a little more and put on a few pounds. Otherwise, eat healthy and hydrate reasonably.

He could have low sperm count too. Tell him not to masturbate, and have sex once a week.

Maybe you need to check in with your gynaecologist. You can wait a little but if you've been trying for a long time and nothing is happening then maybe you gotta check in.

The short answer is to get fertility testing. It can be hard getting pregnant in your 30s, not impossible but you’ll have your trials, as you’re gradually less fertile.
