Uh, to be brutally honest, there's no shortcut rather than going through it.. yourself!
“We must all suffer from one of two pains: the pain of discipline or the pain of regret. The difference is discipline weighs ounces while regret weighs tons.”
yes, im going to do it myself, but is there any advices/ ways to do it?
Uh.. well I am not an expert to give a good advice..
However what worked for me was to just get into doing the stuff anyway, ignoring the lazy mind.. and after 2 minutes of you doing that, you will continue to do it smoothly..
For example , your mind would hate to run in the morning, but if you just start running... after a few meters your mind is like " Hell yeah, let's do this"
Overcoming the starting barrier is the hardest, things will go much smoother after that!
thank you so much!!
Do you have people who hold you accountable. I don’t mean that give you support and let you get away with things. I mean they are honest and when you don’t reach a goal they ask why and follow up?
nope not even one
That’s gunna help you if you can add people to do that. Often we have lots of people try to be nice and lie to us and let us slack. But find people who actually care enough to be harsh when you need it and can celebrate when you succeed
Who do you connect with and have as friends?
