My answer to this question has changed throughout the years, but I can definitively tell you now, the answer is PINK.
I live in a household of males. Pink is my respite. My special color. My super power.
I have 2 examples to illustrate how I reached this conclusion.
1. My older son commandeered my black underarmour slip on sandals and returned them COVERED in dirt. At that point they became his sandals and I ordered some new ones in PINK so there was no question who they belonged to.
2. I ordered a 4 pack of microfiber beach towels for the family. The 4 pack was the price of 2.5 individual towels, so obviously a no brainer, but we did not get to pick the colors. They were perfect: PINK (obviously me, no one else in my house is getting caught dead with a pink towel) GREY (perfect for my engineer husband. The absence of color fits him exactly) GREEN (my oldest son’s favorite color) BLUE (my youngest son’s favorite color)
It may be garnet or blood shades of red (as opposed to the orange side of the spectrum).
I wear different colors - red, blue, green, brown and dark grays. I look good in winter colors, so I usually don't wear orange or yellow.
But colors are best in contrast. And certain colors are better for certain moods.
We painted the rooms in our house different colors. Our living room is a kind of brownish sage. But one wall is faux textured with red, green and yellow. The ceiling is a darker shade, kind of brownish, with a hint of metalic copper glaze on the peaked portion by our large windows. Our dining room is a Mediterranean yellow with faux texturing. It has a darker shade of faux texturing on the ceiling that is also on the kitchen ceiling. Our kitchen is red with white cabinets and appliances. Our bedroom is blue with a different shade of blue on the ceiling. It's very peaceful. Our master and guest bathrooms are different colors. It's hard to describe. We left the office and guest bedroom a shade of off-white. But I love the colors.
Red, yellow and purple flowers look good contrasted together. The blue lupines and orange poppies that grow wild here in the spring look lovely.
@loves2learn Hope you are doing well. My favorite color is Purple, Orange, Black. Purple reminds me of the days of Christ. Orange is my favorite flavor and color. Black reminds me of Gothic makeup. And Black looks sexy on Goth girls. LMAO
Purple. Wanted a 2023 Jeep Wrangler because they came out in a new color purple. However I later found out that they were in a limited edition and were all sold out in about five months. Really since they sold out why didn’t they make more, but according to Jeep it was a special edition color. Plus since the color went so well for 2023, 2024 would be the same, but no. So hopefully they will have the color again in 2025 or 2026. Well at least I have the inside of my 2019 Jeep Wrangler purple.

This may not be terribly macho for a 60 year old guy, but turquoise is my favorite. It is a pleasing shade of blue and while it may not be an appropriate color in all fashion or design contexts, it is, broadly speaking, appealing. It tends to remind me of the beach - a place that I quite like in the Spring and Summer months.
It's hard for me to pick a favorite color. I would probably have to go with purple (I look good in purple lol). That being said, I have no problem with the color pink I will and do wear pink and one of my favorite Frisbee I own is bright pink.
going for a King look. anything I make is gonna look good--don't try and break into my strongholds. making one on an Island... you don't wanna try... you wanna be eaten? slashed? smashed? sniped? filled with holes? blown up? or, die in my arena?
