Is this good or not?

In 18.5 mins I 90+% ran,5% walked 2.5 kilometres (1.5 miles). Slight incline through half of it. I tend to do this everyday but today I’m not feeling it as my legs hurt.

I normally do 3km.

I normally burn 200 calories doing this everyday. I’ve gotta get that six pack.
