I don't think 100% bad is possible. At some point it's a problem with brain damage and a person is not in full control of their awareness and thus can't be expected to make informed choices. We don't say mosquitos are 100% bad, even if we would like to have them eradicated, because none of the harm they cause us is a conscious decision on their part. They are instinct driven without an ounce of malice for anyone they devastate. Humans are just a few neurons away from being witless animals, ourselves. And if someone lacks those neurons can we really call it evil if they are operating with a handicap the rest of us dont have to deal with? I think not. But I don't think anyone has made the both-eyes-open venture into absolute badness.

Yes and no... nobody is 100% good. Like if there is I would not know how to really categorize that. I mean it's very arbitrary. Even good people make bad choices, but they are not inherently bad.

In the same breath, I do not think bad people wake up and say I want to be bad. Like most people that do all these fucked up things usually have good reason for it in their own minds, and they do not see themselves as being a bad person. I would not say they are bad, but they are bat shit crazy... and that makes them not good for me. But I would not say they are bad people, like they do not want to be bad, and they do not want to be crazy... but they can't help it.

Prophets were Good. Other than that humans even Saints made mistake. I like the story about Jesus narrating when he was received by people who ridiculed a tax collector for his vices but wanting to meet him.

The story is a comparison of a man who boasts about being good while praying to God and another who doesn't and he is repentant. Being repentant seems closer to God then being Good all the time
