There's a popular G@Ger who is from Georgia the country, and several G@Gers who live in Georgia the US state.
When you see the word GEORGIA, which place do you think of? Or maybe you don't think of a place at all?

Thanks for the question, felt happy to see our flag. 😇
By the way, Georgia has a 4000 years of history, according to one theory, Persians named Georgia as Gorgia, because Georgian warriors were amazing and scary like wolves and Georgian lands were full with wolves,
so, Georgia - means Land Of The Wolves, in Persian.
According to the 2nd theory, we were named Georgia by Greeks, because we had special belief in Saint George.
Thanks for mho 🦋

I tend to think of the state simply because if you meet anyone online from Georgia that's where they're usually from. Same with TV, movies etc it's always the state never the country.
I present to you... Georgia, the drink!
Here is what I think about.
https://www.youtube.com/embed/RkcX2Cyn9DAMainly the state because I have family from there and my university was in the same conference as them in sports.
I think of the state because I spent winters there sometimes. I also think of the songs, like "Georgia" by Boz Scaggs and "Georgia On My Mind" and "Back To Georgia" by Kenny Loggins, and more!
Oh crap ! There is a country called georgia?
I am from the US, so I automatically think of Georgia as the state first.
State, because the country in my language has the translated name while the state uses the English name.
You've asked this question some time ago
Fun fact: Georgia was named after King George II, back in the days when you Yankees were still English. But you already knew that.
The US state, never heard of the country to be honest
If just randomly without context, the state.
Well, I’m from the US and most of my upbringing was in Georgia. So naturally, the US state comes to my mind.
Depends who’s speaking but generally the country
Usually the state of Georgia.
Wouldn't mind heading to Georgia some day to do some herping.
Georgia the state comes to mind first.
I just think "Jewish space lasers lady"
