I think China's house price are more than USA. Therefore have problems.

but living cost I think that is more than China.

I have never studied housing prices in China but my cousin is a first generation millionaire in her family in China and her mansion is twice the size of a Lakers basketball player's home.

Some places are very expensive, my aunt visited me in Canada for a few months and told me that in China, the cost to buy a big house could only be used to buy a family sized apartment in China.

There are also laws about who can buy homes in certain areas. I think in Beijing, you need to provide evidence you've worked there at least 8 years before you can have government permission to buy an apartment there because the entire world wants to live in Beijing and the government needs to control populations there.
