Depends, the only person I feel comfortable calling me that is my sister. ( we curse each other a lot, they’re just words at this point, it’s rare if she calls me ugly only when I’m sad/crying or when I’m pulling a face.) If this is between friends and the atmosphere is light, I’d not get upset if that’s how I the relationship is.(maybe an endearment.) But if it’s out of nowhere I’d be skeptical if they don’t like me.

Neither. I would take it as an attempt to belittle me and I'd laugh. Most people unless they're a straight up a**hole do not tell you you're ugly even if they think you're ugly. Women do it for retribution, men to it to try to subjugate you. Don't fall for either.

It depends. If by a friend I would come back with a hopefully better insult. If not a friend or even a stranger I would simply walk away. These people bring nothing good to my world.
