Would you take an insult from an unattractive person calling you ugly during an argument less seriously than from an average or attractive person?

Recently complained to my neighbor about her being noisy after midnight. Instead of having a normal conversation between adults she started calling me an ugly psycho (she herself is in therapy and has a therapy cat lol) and kept on about how undesirable I am and how I only do this for attention since my looks won’t get me any. I’m by no means a model but I’m pretty sure I don’t look worse than her by most peoples standards. Would you take such an insult from someone you consider unattractive seriously?

I'm not physically unattractive I woulnd't take it seriously. That said, "ugly" especially in the south, can go far beyond physical apearance.

Anyone who thinks I'm ugly is on crack, coke and meth. Just this morning when I was getting bloodwork, the dude who took the sample said he thought I look 40 instead of 70.
