I go and wait for the bus everyday with my little brother infront of a cafe near my house , this guy (who's in his 40s i guess) works their and opens the cafe every morning and he used to make eye contact with me most of the time

so yesterday I went for the first time wih my grandmother and everything went well

but today I went alone to the cafe (daytime) and worked on my homework there

he kept on saying that he wants to offer me something with my order but I kept refusing and telling him no the thing that I ordered is enough , and he also asked me " is the last building where u live?'' and I told him yeah (he probably knows bc my house is close to the caf and walk past it everyday) but I think that question was unnecessary, he also asked about my last name but not my first name ANYWAY

he also told me that he sees me everyday and that he wants to offer me something but he doesn't like to go out there infront of the people

then he told me that tomorrow morning I'll prepare something for u and tell me when you'll be here tomorrow because he doesn't know exactly at what time I pass by , i told him that's not true I arrive at 7:10 am everyday (I was confused and I didn't know that he wanted my number to tell him the time) and then he told me :" it seems like u didn't get it , I want your phone number bc I want to talk with u "

I was shocked bc i didn't expect a old guy to ask for my number , that was the last thing I expected 💀

he said tell me yes or no and that there's no hard feelings and I said no

Report this to a trusted adult/-guardian. He sounds like a predator. If nothing was wrong with him women his age would be in his line of sight not you.
I know it may feel flattering or cool to get any compliments or gifts from him. But if he tries take nothing from him.
Cops needs to know. Watch Law and Order SVU. Learn more about predators. They want to hurt us women. Be safe and cautious. Do not talk to him again. Not even to deny him as the other respondels suggested. I'm a kidnap survivor of 2 separate kidnappings by predators in my lifetime. So I'm speaking from my survivor mode. Baby girl stay away from that dinner and report this asap. Especially when he is asking about where you live. He is stalking you and that's dangers. You did the right thing. He may have been perfectly legit but you never know. If he ask again then tell him you will have to ask your grandmother first and if she says it is okay then you will. If he has other motives for asking then he will probably tell you not to ask them.

You should tell him your age in case he thinks you are 18. If he still comes on to you it would be safest not to go there. I know you said that you have to walk by everyday for the bus. But so long as there are people outside you are safer than inside where there may not be other patrons or workers.
