What is the most delicious type of alcoholic beverage among those you have tried?

Gin is my favorite for sipping liquor. I still have a half a case of Citadelle gin.

I've filled my flask with it when snow skiing, backpacking or camping.
A well-made "moonlight" cocktail can be delicious
1.5 oz of dry gin.75 oz of triple sec (subbed with cointreau) .5 oz of creme de violet.25 oz of lime juice.25 oz of lemon juice.
There are other good gin cocktails. I don't like martinis because I don't care for Vermouth and I hate olives.
I usually just mix it with orange and/or pineapple juice.
My next favorite liquor is rum.
I love a classic mai tai. But there are lots of great rum cocktails.
My third favorite is tequila.
High quality tequila is great for sipping.
Tequila shooters can be fun. And there are some great tequila cocktails.
Oh. I also like sipping good brandy.
I hate vodka. And I don't like whiskey flavors or Scotch.
I like scotch for sipping, rum is my dominant choice for most drinks though.
I’m a mojito snob. Fresh mint leaves muddled (never crushed) from a plant in the kitchen, Bacardi rum, simple syrup made on the stovetop and cooled, and of course plenty of lime juice - usually almost double the normal recipe. Garnished with a lime wedge and ‘slapped’ mint leaves.
****chefs kiss**** “Perfecr”
Add 95 degree heat, the pool, and a nice cigar for the best moment.
G & T with a slice of lemon... My all time favourite drink!

I quit drinking since I have no ability to moderate and getting tired of turning into a buffoon, but my go-to was Johhnie Walker Black Label as a blended Scotch.

It was still reasonably cheap enough for me to afford drinking regularly (unlike Blue Label, e. g., or Glenfiddich) but not nasty like cheaper blended Scotch (ex: Red Label).
For sheer genteel sipping enjoyment 'Harvey's Bristol Creme Sherry' ... you draw it in acrost your tongue, ( ... its not for getting 'shit-faced'}; ... favorite economical dark porter beer Utica NY's 'Missippi Mud' even better than Guinness.
Whiskeys: 'Wild Turkey', Johnny Walker, Old Grand Dad straight or sipped on the rocks , ... don't much care for Gin; ... prefer genuine Polish Vodkas
Gin is the best all rounder, it fits pretty much all occasions. As for the Gin, something like Hendricks with Fever tree is better than any Schweppes. Other gins worth trying are , Silent Pool, Ben Lomond, Cotswold Gin, Tappers also do a good one.
I'm a beer guy. Not just any beer though:

The frozen Texas margaritas at our local Tex-Mex restaurant are the best.
I never was much for mixed drinks. I liked craft beer back in the day.
I DON'T DRINK HARDLY EVER... ALCOHOL TASTES TERRIBLE
i'll go with beer, no burning anywhere.
I love a orange ciskcal
Very high end aged Oporto wines.
A nice Zinfandel or Malbec wine
i prefer scotch on the rocks.
Irish Cream.
