How about peacocks? I'm interpreting "men" and "women" liberally there. That seems a bit wrong. If it was "male" and "female", that seems to fit since peacocks only describe males (only the male species have peacocks and the females, peahens, want them).

I keep thinking the trick to the riddle must be a non-literal interpretation of the question.
