When it comes to getting drunk, who do you think either gets more out of control, acts silly or does more stupid things, men or women?
I think it's men for me. I got told many times that I'm still able to hold normal conversation even with a couple cocktails and then shots. I'm a peaceful, calm drunk.

As a mobile DJ for decades, playing at endless parties, weddings, and in bars, I've seen lots and lots and lots of drunk people, and it seems pretty even to me. I've seen plenty of "happy" or "sleepy" drunks, but I've also seen plenty of "angry" or otherwise problematic drunks, and they were pretty evenly split between men and women. The big difference is that drunk, violent men are, generally, a much bigger threat than drunk, violent women - but that doesn't mean the women can't be deadly. Plenty of them carry knives or even guns, or will pick up a chair or pool cue or something, and they can be seriously dangerous. Still, men can be deadly dangerous even without a weapon, which is rare for women.
Alcohol dulls the senses and dampens all reasoning. Men or women are affected in similar ways, if not the same. How many times to we hear of cheating because of excess drink?

the effect difference that alcohol causes on a consistent basis is that women have a sense societal shame to not be seen as whores and it quickly goes away under the influence
