- What do you think about professionalism?
- When someone is professional with you? Does that give a sense of relief, like you are cared for?
- Does it intimidate you? Do you equate it with the other person as having a type of intelligence?
- Do you consider professionalism intelligence? And how would you describe professionalism in your own words?
- Which do you prefer? Professionalism? Or Informal communications?
- Does it depend on the place or the subject topic? Do you have preferences for informal conversation? Say, for example, you prefer someone who doesn’t talk only in slang?
- Do you prefer a relatable informal?
or at least a funny informal?
- If someone seems “too crazy” for you, or difficult to understand, is that a deterrent?
Do you prefer informal harmony? Or chemistry?
- Was there ever a person you liked that spoke to you professionally? And did they balance informality with professionalism? Or was it just professionalism.
Let me know your thoughts on this!

"Okay, fuck courtesy, how about just being professional?"

I like this 💯
I’m curious also, what if they’re professional and advanced at what they do, but extremely impolite or even a know it all in how they talk with you, perhaps. Would you be okay with this? How would you respond/ react?
This happened rarely. Some people have just antisocial personalities, no matter their occupation.
I have love and respect for professionals 💞
Just for a tad bit more info, could I ask if you have any relatives who are professionals? I’m curious if this plays any part as well. Thanks for the feedback 😁
Yes I do have some professional relatives as well 😊
Interacting with professionals acting professional is relieving. Who wants to discuss something with someone who doesn't know how to speak articulately in situations that require it?
Yes! I get exactly what you mean. At least with professionals you know they have a bit of know how, or at least expect this, but there are also some professionals who are also rude and know-it-alls; if you have ever met any of those kinds, did you get along with them okay? Was the service (s) they offered satisfactory for you?
You bring up a great point. I wasn't thinking of the know it all. Haha. From my perspective a true professional doesn't act like that. I have interacted with people like that but I consider it unprofessional.
I had a warranty on my washing machine and had a claim created and the "professional" showed up, assumed I didn't know anything, started blaming me for not, cleaning the drain filter, so I cut him off mid speech.
I said oh you mean this drain filter, pull off the cover to get to it, opened up the drain, showed him it was cleaned, explained that I clean it twice a year, put it back and closed it up. I then asked if he had any other sarcastic comments he'd like to throw at me or should I just kick you out of my house now?
I would have given him a chance to apologize and laugh it off with me but he said so many customers are idiots. Yeah I just kicked his ass out of my house. He was a dick bag lol.
