I was the supervising engineer for the engineering staff and the surveyors, and I wanted professionalism in the office. Surveyors worked in the field, so they were granted considerable leeway, but the engineering staff were expected to be professional in their dress and attitudes.
No. In my experience standards of professionalism have declined greatly and people need to up their game.
Everything has a time and place. If what I'm talking about is work related, I'm professional 99% of the time. But if it has no relevance to the quality of work I'm doing or others are doing, I'm pretty chill.
Im extremely slang outside of work so people should enjoy my professional ways at work 😂
