There was a girl who I didn't remember meeting who said she thought I was full of shit when she met me and later learned I was the most genuine, real person she's ever met.

And then a recording engineer who I have respect for and work with sometimes said that I'm so talented it makes him and other people jealous to a point they don't know how to deal with it sometimes. Which made me feel like an ass but it was also a really nice compliment considering this guy is extremely talented and more skillful at his specialty than I am at it.

that i'm soft-sopken... it was in college we had a group project i lead that group and she said she's glad she is in our group because i'm soft-spoken. that struck me because i really want everyone to feel included and that everyone's opinion matter that's why i try to really be approachable.


in high school also there's this girl Nalene and she said she likes hanging out with me because i'm really nice.


i think i'm just really merciful in general so when i deal with people i came across as being nice. i like such compliments because i am not really a fan of myself i coyld easily love (not romantic love) others, be forgivinh but when it comes to my own self i'm the opposite.

I don't know about the best, but I remember being surprised when I asked a guy who had a crush on me, "What do you like about me?" And he said, "You're just..." And he shook his head like he had no words lol. I thought it was cute

I always loved the "man up" ones. It always reminds me to stop dwelling in misery and stop complaining and start fixing things. And I take it as a compliment because the only person who would say "man up" to me already saw the potential in me to be a man here.

Nah but seriously, my most memorable compliments aren't from girls or to do with physical appearance. My most meaningful ones have come from people who I look up to and respect the most and made a genuine and heartfelt compliment on something unique and normally unrecognized about me.
