No, she's been a gov't official until just recently, but essentially the chief architect of a lot of bloodshed, primarily the current war in Ukraine which now sits at about 500k Ukrainians dead, and about a million wounded. She spent over a decade setting it all up step by step. We're talking somebody basically who has the deaths of hundreds of of thousands of people on her hands.
