Since President Trump's Press Secretary, Karoline Leavitt, refers to migrants as "Illegal Alien's" should we also refer to them as Illegal Alien's?

Biden wanted Americans to call them our "Neighbors" but that didn't go over too well.
Trump used to call them illegal aliens during his last presidency, and Trump calls it like it is!
They aren't Migrants and never were.
I wish people, even all of the ones in the White House would once again refer to them for what they are - illegal alien's!!
