Male Cat won't Stop Dominating Other Male Cat?

My two boys: popeye (2-3) and grandpa (1-2) have always had a superior (popeye) and inferior (gramps) complex between the two. However these days it seems popeye is becoming very aggressive when it comes to dominating. He will chase gramps down bit his next and hump, it's very frequent to where they fight. He will even chase him, they get along besides that but I don't like seeing this behavior. How to I stop it and should his balls be taken?

“Should his balls be taken?” is an interesting way to put it…. You should talk to your vet about aggressive behavior in the cat and suggest neutering then see what they say Ig.

Humping, biting neck seems like a ‘in heat’ thing (I know male cats don’t get in heat, I’m just saying male hormones and stuff) so neutering might be the way to go about it.

Yes, get their balls taken. Should’ve been done before this became an issue, unless you planned on breeding them.
