I can't remember which Kirk Hammet solo I am thinking of but I can almost astral project listening to it. I get an ASMR shiver listening to it.
OH... It's "Disposable Heroes" from "Master of Puppets" by Metallica.

Another good one... Warren DeMartini of RATT in "You're In Love". It starts around the 1:58 mark. He then does another one about 40 seconds later.

What is good about the George Lynch and Warren DeMartini solos is the emotive notes that their solos provide. It's not the insane fingerwork or Eddie or Kirk, but, for the purposes of the song, George and Warren's solos have significant impact.

Again, Warren, this time in "Dance". Start around the 3:23 mark. It's short, but still good for the song.

Jeff LaBar segueing into Tom Keifer of Cinderella have an important tandem solo because it leads to an important transition in the song "Shake Me". Start around the 2:43 mark.

Van Halen's Eruption blew the minds of guitarists as well as listeners when it was released, and continues to do so even today. It's one of the most influential guitar solos of all time, and until MTV existed and people could see televised concerts, even most guitarists had no idea how he was making those sounds. Many struggle to figure it out even with video.

Rush's Limelight has an amazing solo from the under-appreciated Alex Lifeson.

John Frusciante from the Chili Peppers has some great solos.
