Does anyone play mind games with you with their cellphone?

I know that people can really mess with people's heads with their cellphone and I know this is true because it happened to me quite often.
What kind of mind games is/has someone played with you with their cellphone now or in the past?

Forgive me if I'm totally derping right now, but what do you mean by playing a mind game with a cell phone?

Do you mean stuff like leaving people on read, not texting first, delaying your responses and that sort of thing? If so, I think a lot of that stuff happens because people are lost in their own little worlds. I think it's probably also a good personal safety thing to assume that the person you're talking to is a lunatic (because a whole lot of people are)

No, nobody plays mind games with me on my cell phone for the simple reason that my cell phone number is only known to my immediate family members and the administration of my university.

I do not communicate my phone number to anyone but to those that do need to know it or for emergency situations.

Furthermore, my cell phone is so antique that it only accepts basic texting and not pictures or visuals. This gives me an added layer of security against spammers, trolls and other virus that are being spread around like wildfire.

The latter may unfortunately change once I am forced to get a new smartphone.

I have only had a smartphone for the last 3 years. I am really not that involved with it.

I don't have smartphone, only old-fashioned GSM phone, and I block all the unknown numbers.

No - not prank calls. I mean that they don't answer your calls and you go directly to voicejail. Then when you ask him why he wasn't answering his phone he acts like he didn't even know it was on airplane ✈️ mode, do not disturb, etc. When he knows very well that he had his phone off so you go to voicejail but he acts like he didn't even know that you left him a message.🙄
