How come glue doesn’t stick to the bottle?

Glue has a liquefying component, usually on an alcoholic basis. Exposed to air, that component evaporates and the glue sticks.

It's the opposite. The air drys it out by removing the moisture. The dryer the air, the faster it cures. High humidity would make it take longer to dry due to the high moisture content.

Good question. I use Gorilla Glue all the time and it is pretty amazing stuff. It sticks to just about everything but it does not stick to the inside of the bottle.

Because glue becomes sticky when it dries. As long as it is kept sealed inside the bottle, it doesn't dry out and thus remains liquid.

In the case of super glue it will stick to the tip of the bottle. All you need to do is ruff it up a bit.

Because it's not dried out yet. Take the cap off and leave it in the sun and it'll stick to the bottle just fine
