I had a 45 min convo with a homeless man a few months ago about motorcycles. He has been sitting on the ground eating a banana 30 ft from my bike when I came out of a store. Everyone was giving him a wide birth. He asked about my bike and started telling me stories of his own. He was a cool guy. We were laughing and listening to each other and when I realized because we were so engaged other people started walking past him as they would anyone else. Human nature in natural definition.

Depends on the situation and what you mean by dignity. If you mean human rights, yes of course everyone should.

Nope. Pedophiles don't need dignity. They need bullets to the head. People who abuse animals don't deserve dignity. Murderers and rapists don't deserve dignity.
