If so, you deserve an award.

And we remember more than a quarter of US history and almost a third of US presidents.
I remember Truman (not when he was president), Charles de Gaulle, Churchill and Khrushchev.
I remember when I was young and calculated how old I'd be when the new millennium came. That was so far in the future it was hard to imagine. It was also hard to imagine being that damn old. Now I wish I was that young.
The moon landing was HUGE. I think it's hard today to imagine just how huge that was. It was one of the most momentous events in the million year history of man.
I was born in 1954. I was 16 in 1970.
The '60s were a great time to be a kid. I had the greatest time in the '70s. People these days can't imagine.
I have witnessed all kinds of technological changes.
I was 46 on Y2K.
With all the things I have seen and experienced, and all the crazy shit I've done, it's amazing that I made it. I definitely deserve an award. 🏆 😎 😆
I wish I had been born in the 50s where relationships actually meant something to people and they actually stuck it out when things got hard and got married and had a family.
Well said!
Thanks!
Perhaps if the net ever crashes permanently thus forcing people to again interact face to face, you get the “sticking it out” part once again. It will strip away the digital fantasy of something always better just a click away…
Right. Too bad that probably won't happen though.
My grandpa was born in the forties so he’s actually lived in nine different decades
Is he still around?
Amazingly yes

I am also older than two states. I was born in 1957 and Alaska and Hawaii were not states yet.
Yes. Back when we just had to be in the house when the street lights went on.
Yes, but at least you could play outside without drive bys or pedos following you.
Absolutely. We had a cul-de-sac on our street. Played softball there a lot.
cul de sacs were the best! No cars driving by all the time.
The 50s must have been amazing. Rock and roll was still in its infancy. A new medium called television was taking off. The US was still celebrating winning WW2 and the nation was experiencing great prosperity.
The 50's were amazing for whites. We suffered Jim Crow and a few lynchings.
Yes! I was born in 1957!
A whole lot more fun than today.
Though according to today’s science. We shouldn’t have made it this far.
I was born in 89, sadly.
I would have rather been bored in the 1950s.
No but I do think we should refer to the period as "the mid 1900s" followed by "the late 1900s"
Yes, and I consider myself exceptionally lucky to have lived through such times.
No. I was born in the 80s. My parents were born in the 50s though.
1957 , and I am so happy I was , what sort of award did you have in mind, and why do you think ones appropriate? Winks
I'm only 33 and have lived in 2 different centuries, in two different millenia and in different 4 decades. Not really a milestone
What if you were born in the 60s? I’ve experienced a lot and it’s my birthday today
No i wasn't born in the 50s. I was born in the 60s
Born in 1956, and wouldn't choose any other time to have grown up in.
WOW! How about if i was born in 1983?
@nawtee_me 🤣😂😅
Seventy-two, born July 6,1953.
Some times I wish I would have been.
No. I'm from the 1980s.
I dont think there are many here
Sure there are. I see a lot of guys in their 70s here.
Oh cool. You like older?
Born in 1958. Even survived disco!
Not even close
Nope. 1970
No. The 80's
No I wasn't.
