A steady, not heavy, rain at night. I love the smell and the sound on the tin roof of my porch.
I also like light rain showers during the day when they don''t last long.
We get that kind of weather in the spring and fall.

I like snow because it is beautiful and fun to play in. But I only want to see it when I drive somewhere to see it. I'm glad my wife and I live below the snow line. It never snows at our house.

We get occasional hail during the rainy seasons. But we've never had large hail that dents cars and damages things. No thanks.

Sleet doesn't sound pleasant at all.

Thunderstorms!
I luv them so much and they’re so rare here. I discovered that youtube has black screen videos with thunderstorm audio that you can turn at night and fall asleep to. Anytime i’m struggling more than usual to fall asleep, i turn one on and it works like a charm.

But if I have to pick one of your choices then snow at Christmas.

I love when it rains! We rarely get any rain to speak of where I live, so when it does finally rain 🌧 people seem to be more calm and peaceful.

While I love a good snow i went with rain. I love the rain. If snow wasn't so rare here in Texas I'm certain rain wins hands down but there's something special about a heavy snowfall. We see one about every 5 years or so.

I live here in Massillon, Ohio & with in the last month almost every time it rains it pours like cats & dogs & only lasts about 15 minutes & because it rains so hard the water just runs off instead of letting it soak in & with the 90 degree days the plants are dying & the big tree out side my window the leaves are wilting & since I am 70 years old I can't stand the high height & I am stuck inside all day, this is why I like the winter time & the snow & a new snow fall looks so beautiful.
