Why the fuck would I approach a female stranger or any stranger. We're talking female in particular... I don't fucking know her and for all I know she's probably some onlyfans whore. If not that, she might be a TikTok/Instagram whore who's gonna get her phone out and out me as one of those perverts that can't keep his eyes off her... for attention.

Honestly the idea of just cold approaching women started dying while I was still around doing that. The idea of it is very 1990's.
