Depends on why your are nervous. If you like someone and/or have a lot of respect for them you will think twice about how you act around them.

One thing I noticed over the years is that if a woman is really confident and comfortable around me on a first date that can actually be a very bad sign.

It could mean she’s not physically attracted to me hence doesn’t care what I think of her. So unless I got her laughing over some good jokes this could have friend zone written all over it. Especially if she’s complimenting me on everything except my looks.

So you need to ask yourself exactly why you feel nervous around that person. If the other person is nervous around you try to take a step back and figure out why.

I wouldn't say "nervous system" because it honestly doesn't make sense, like autocorrect put in the wrong predictive text. Like it was actually saying "nervousness". I would say it's more accurate to say "when your anxiety won't settle down"

Not true. A lot of people are nervous around someone they like at first and sometimes those relationships work out beautifully.

Eh... It depends on what is stressing you. if you are stressing because you don't know if they are able to be civil, then yes.
