Monkey gives birth to a ginger baby. Is it time for a paternity test?

In Whipsnade zoo, UK, a monkey has given birth to a ginger baby. Obviously, Daddy Monkey has suspicions, so is it time for a paternity test to put his mind at rest?

I'm not saying it's Trump.. but...

Well he wouldn't be the first ginger to pop up in a non ginger family would he?

I'm sure there's a perfectly innocent explanation,.

Paternity tests should be mandatory at birth. I think monkeys are a little more traditional in their gender roles though. So it’s fair to assume he won’t be forced to raise a bastard if he doesn’t wanna. If he goes and makes another one like that, then he might hafta consider the honky in the woodshed theory.

A possible explanation might be a form of albinism, which appears now and then in every species on earth.

Many years ago I had a real and genuine shock while viewing images of an albino ape's hands. The truth dawned on me that made me understand how near humans are to apes.

I'm for compulsory paternity testing and think this is good case where it is needed.

I've seen worse though. At the local lake, a momma duck had hatched a batch and they all had the mottled feathers of wild ducks... except for one who was perfectly white.

I think the daddy duck should have been asking serious questions and arranging a paternity test.

Is mwnci a bloody ginga? If so I want to use it but how do I pronounce it?

Actually it's pretty common for a clutch of eggs to have several different fathers, females usually get wooed with food and do the deed while their partner is foraging, bit like humans really. As for mwnci it's pronounced moonky

I visited a major zoo a few years ago and the guide mentioned that ginger apes are fairly common at birth. They typically turn darker as they get older.
