Press charges, for what? Sadly depending on your local zoning laws you may have broken a law. If your car didn't have plates or was parked on the grass or wasn't registered these all might violate local zoning laws. Assuming none of that is true you may be able to sue her for what ever the cost was to get your car back, but most likely nothing more.

My advice is don't escalate this, the last thing you want is to get lawyers involved. My guess is there is some existing beef between you two. So try to smooth things over.
