Trending & News Well, I usually ask my mom to make me some Lipton’s Noodle Soup because it’s nice and hot and easy on the stomach. If my throat is sore, the broth can soothe it and some 7-Up can relieve soreness too. And Lay’s original potato chips go great with the soup. I also drink lots of water and I’m usually getting up a lot to pee. Sometimes in a day or two, I’m feeling better. I did all of this when I had Covid and I was negative after 48 hours when I tested positive.

Lipton Noodle soup has been around for at least 65+ years because my mom used to make it for me when I was a little girl. 🙂 I love it. Good idea! I'll have to have my friend pick some up at the store today.
I have some Sprite in the fridge and I keep it in there to use as medicine.
Last time I ate Lay's potato chips I got a tummy ache.🤢
When there is no appetite, listen to your body there is no reason to eat anything hydrate ( a great deal ) and fast , the body is meant to fast.
When that feeling changes start with fresh fruit , this is where people get it so wrong , never force feed yourself , run with the feeling , you don't have to constantly eat.

My go-to is bacon, eggs, grits, and a biscuit. Keeps an old Southern boy mighty satisfied!
I don't think I'm ever not feeling well, though I do get aches and pains, but I put that down to not exercising enough.
Sometimes I don't feel like cooking a meal, however quick it would take to make, this may be because I know I have desserts in the fridge, or cookies, cakes, and snacks in my cupboards.
I would suggest if you've lost your appetite, I would snack on the things I eat when I don't feel like cooking, and then you're having the calories your body needs, and they won't do you any harm, providing you don't make a regular habit of missing your proper meals.
Campbells Chicken noodle soup and tomato soup is my I’m sick go toos lol sometimes I only drink the broth off the chicken noodle soup but even getting something like that in you can make you so much better than skipping everything lol I have not been feeling good lately and now you got me wanting to go get a can of soup lol I can do the chicken noodle soup straight out the can too lol not the tomato though lol
Something light get some water in your body and some rest take cold medicine or some mouthwash hold it in your mouth for at least 10 minutes that way any virus that is in your mouth will be gone but you have to keep it in your mouth for at least 10 minutes
When Im not feeling well, I often get a stomach ache. So, something easy to digest (low in fat and minimal protein)... so a brothy soup, like chicken noodle soup, with some white bread and butter on the side is my go to. Plenty of fluids too, so water or electrolytes (sometimes if Im really feeling it Ill have some Gatorade). And for me specifically, Ill crave sushi. I never feel bad after having it, and its light enough that it fills the craving for food without me feeling stuffed.

When I'm not feeling well, I honestly prefer not to eat, tho I will consume ice cold soft drinks, I know water is better for your physical health, but sometimes a nice cold soft drink is better for you're mental health when your not feeling well, especially 7-up or ginger ale if your not feeling well in the stomach.

I always stick with soup when I am not feeling well.. chicken soup, veggies soup and I tend to drink water a lot
When I get like that I usually can’t stomach anything salty of bitter
So anything that’s sweet or fruity could work
Of course I would stay away from sugar if I can help it
Buttermilk-shake.
400g fresh strawberries or frozen ones when you blender can handle it.
1000ml buttermilk
5 TS brown sugar
1 TS vanilla sugar or extract
1 pinch salt
Just stay hydrated… eat when feeling better…

Hot soup. try potato and leek and try pumpkin soup, with some buttered bread rolls and a glass of milk.
I’ll eat crackers. They don’t sound appetizing when I’m sick but they don’t make me feel worse. I’ll mostly just try to drink water or hot tea
Chicken Noodle Soup ... it's a cure for everything... helps with hydration and it's and easy on the stomach.
When you don't feel well, I would recommend Chicken Noodle Soup.
I keep it to something light... like mashed potatoes
Drink water and trying to find what i missed to give body in meals, if i can i fast and make it exactly in time go to bed tryi to sleep all night long 22

Slim Jims and a honey bun or two shut my stomach up for a few hours.
Used to have Campbell's beef noodle soup, but can't find it anymore. Maybe a couple grilled cheese (regular made or cheaters made don't matter). Perhaps a few Totino's pizza rolls.
When I don't have any appetite, I can usually eat only some sort of gruel.
