Just because weed is the answer to your depression, anxiety or both does not mean it’ll be the same case for him, and you should respect that boundary. Being codependent of psychedelics to feel better isn’t always the best option. It’s expensive, addictive and honestly for some people it does the opposite of making them feel good and instead makes them paranoid.

A lot of weed is not good for anxiety. Maybe a hardcore indica. The best thing for anxiety and depression is sunlight and exercise everyday, not drinking, and staying hydrated. Alcohol and dehydration causes "hang-xiety” in many people
