I wouldn’t know kids still existed if it weren’t for occasionally driving past a school letting out. Whatever kids are doing these days, they aren’t doing it outside. No one playing sports in the street, no one riding their bikes around, no one just loitering in front of convenience stores, lmao. They just disappear into a house and play video games and mess around on their phones
Not every young person, but I think phone addiction has become a real issue among today's youth. Some people can barely spend a few minutes without checking their phones, even when they're having conversations with others or spending time with family. Technology has its benefits, especially for learning, business, and communication, but too much of anything can become a problem. The issue isn't that young people use their phones; it's whether they can control that usage without allowing it to affect their relationships, responsibilities, and real life experiences. 📱😊
Yes, at the college I work I watch kids walking between classes in groups. None of them talk to each other, They all have their heads buried in their phones. Often have to tell a student to put the phone away.
It's sad actually. It's why that kind of thing isn't permitted in my home until the kids are 16
Unfortunately, most of them are... it's like an addiction.
I think everyone's doing that... lol
Yes but not just youth
I'd say about 85+%
