How do I handle a neighbor stalking and harassing me after rejection?

I moved almost 6 months ago and a guy that lives at the apartment complex has been hot for me I explained to him that I was not seeking a relationship at the time. So I met someone recently much younger than him in his late 40s and I'm in my late 30s who I connect with... the other guy was in his 50s.. since rejecting him he's been stalking me and harassing me... I don't want issues with the new guy and this stalker at the apartment complex - what to do with this situation?
