It won't take long until food industry considers printing process too time consuming and sells their trash as Soylent green blocks.
@FreyRed
I saw the original movie A Soylent Green when I was in high school in the early 70's.
What that movie was about was they were taking dead bodies to a factory and making wafers out of them and then putting them in boxes like crackers.
They did this because there was a food shortage.
I remember there were other soylent sorties but everyone wanted green (made of human corpses). incl. dad's corpse of this cop who finds it out.
Imagine a orange/pink colored soylent block made of similar dehydrated stuff like they print this fake salmon meat.
We are on the way in this kind of future with 7 miles steps.
Sounds like take news. 3D printers use metal or plastic, not food.
As someone who is heavily into 3d printing, it will be decades before this kind of tech becomes a reality.
that has to be a joke... or fake, lol
