Why does this guy always sing around me?

Okay this is a legitimate question, my classmate who I think likes me always sings around me and its songs like Boyfriend (Justin Beiber) or Layla (Eric Clapton) or other songs like them. So why does he do this? Is he trying to impress me or something?

There's so many barriers that stand between you and another soul... so many superficialities, looks and personality clashes being the first big things that stand in the way. If we lived in some strange universe where all first impressions happened with a conversation, alone in the dark, where so much less superficialities existed, there'd be much more love between people -pleasethat excuse the new age hippyness of that particular rant.

Music helps a man break down even more barriers, he's bathing you with compliments, he's creating a short circuit between your romantic potential and his... your souls melt together easier when you've got a good playlist going. Music is that powerful, even if it's some Little Wayne or something, it literally helps MAKE LOVE.

Flirting? Well, not the manipulative, looking-for-an-angle sort of flirting. It's more natural than that. He's basking in your memory and essence. I know that sounds REALLY corny, but love in it's deepest forms breaks through so many superficialities, it's typically ridiculous and corny.

There's a guy friend who sings love songs by Boys II Men, Disney, etc. around me. Because I don't like him in THAT way, I just laugh casually and think nothing of it..

Maybe he's hinting something to me. If not, good. If he is, I don't really care.
