Why is he singing love songs around me when I am passing by?

He initiated conversation with me for the first time few months ago. He always used to make me notice him and one fine day he initiated a conversation with me about general stuff. He always used to stare at me earlier. Now when I was passing by him, he started to sing love songs around me and his friends started teasing him right in front of me. What's going on?

Ok so here’s what he does:
1) Initiated conversation with you 2x
2) Makes you notice him
3) Stares at you
4) Singing love songs near you
5) Friends teasing him about you

Sounds like he likes you to me, although he may be a bit immature depending.
