Why do some girls just put nail polish on their big toe but not the others?

They just paint their big toe nail. Why is this? Why not paint the other toe nails too?

I can remember 2 girls in California over the years who did this. I don't think it's common or a trend, lol.

Do you mean they focus on it even though the rest are actually painted as well? If so, they focus on it because it's big enough to decorate, even with rhinestones.

I haven't seen any person put nail polish on their big toe only and not the rest of them.

Maybe they wore peeptoes, A lot of times you can only see the big toe when you were peeptoes so maybe they were lazy/ didn't have enough time and only painted that one.
