I have strong arms, I can curl 50lbs in each hand for about 10reps, but they don't seem to grow, I do about 60lbs for 5reps in each hand, but I think my arm size is pretty avg/normal

Arms hands down! I'd rather have a guy with no abs and amazing arms than no arms and a 6 pack. they don't have to be gigantic, but they should be toned. Honestly, when I'm with a guy, I feel as happy touching his arms as he would touching my boobs hahaha =P

Shoulders and more specifically the area where the neck meets the shoulders. It's a great place to rub!

Oh that's right, couldn't remember what they were called. It's been a few years since I took kinesiology lol. For such a small muscle they can be really well defined.
