He probably isn't over you. If he wouldn't have any feelings for you he would come up to you and have a chat with you! Since he didnt, it could mean that he finds it hard to even look into your eyes, and have a conversation with you. If you often bump into him, he could be doing that on purpose, he just wants to see you, see if you are happy, if you have moved on or even if you are seeing someone else.
