It was about her good friends grandmas nickname. She told me the story in September and she said "dont you remember I told you this" during our first conversation after a huge argument and not talking for a month. I was surprised she remembered

It depends, it is possible that this is a sign that she likes you, or it is also possible that the girl has a remarkably good memory, payed attention to that fact, or remembered it for some reason (for example if someone tells me their birthday, I'm more likely to remember it if it's the same day as one of my family members). So I would take her remembering as a good sign, but not necessarily a guarantee that she likes you.

yeah birthdays in each others life are close or on the same day. But she has remembered other things that I can't remember as well lol. Kinda scary never met a girl like this. Most of them are dumb and careless

Yes I have really bad memory but I tend to be more interested and remember little things that my crush tells me. So its either that or the girl you are talking about may just have really good memory.

Yes, she would IMO. Maybe not like a computer, but she would at least remember the important things, e.g. you liking golf but might forget your favorite player if golf is foreign to her.

You shouldn't be surprised when that happens. Women are natural born detectives. If you say something today that contradicts something you said ten years ago, she'll remember and point it out to you. Women do that in all kinds of situations; sometimes they'll remember a romantic thing you did, and sometimes they'll use your past behavior to win an argument.
