Depends on the shape of your face. Sometimes they can look nice and sometimes they're bad. Like if you have an oval shaped face they will probably look pretty good. If you have a round or square face, probably not so much.

I had straight bangs for a while and they looked pretty good on me (I have a heart shaped face) but they were hard to keep up so I let them grow out.

I think side bangs look better than full bangs on most women.There are a few who can pull off full bangs but I think, generally, side bangs look better on more women.

Some girls can pull them off, many can't. My friend looks great with them, but she still looks fine without them.

From a guys perspective, they aren't a turn off or anything.

Bangs like a block fringe?

I genuinely dispise the block fringe, very very few girls can pull it off and even then they only look okay.

As far as the less solid, more fluid bangs which go to one side are concerned, I quite like them.
